Procurement Officer – EPC & Industrial Projects

About the role

Robustrade is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to support its expanding EPC, industrial, infrastructure, and factory installation projects in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing technical and industrial materials while ensuring suppliers meet both project specifications and commercial expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for EPC, industrial, infrastructure, and factory installation projects.
• Source technical equipment, construction materials, and industrial products from qualified suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate import and export procurement processes and related documentation.
• Evaluate suppliers from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Support procurement requirements for MEP and mechanical projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical and industrial procurement.
• Proven background in vendor development and supplier management.
• Experience with EPC, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with MEP and mechanical procurement processes.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Project experience in the GCC/UAE (advantage).
• Knowledge of ERP or SAP systems (preferred).
