About the role
ATG Interiors is seeking a motivated Procurement Officer to support its fast‑growing fit‑out team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing procurement for full turnkey interior projects, especially in the restaurant, café and F&B sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for full turnkey interior fit‑out projects.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Procure civil, MEP, joinery, kitchen equipment, furniture, fixtures and finishes.
- Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and site teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full turnkey interior fit‑out projects.
- Strong background handling restaurant, café and F&B projects.
- Good knowledge of UAE suppliers and the local fit‑out market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
