Procurement Representative – Middle East & Pakistan

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Procurement Representative to manage sourcing activities across the Middle East and Pakistan region. Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient procurement of raw materials, packaging and services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate toller activities across UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Pakistan, handling commercial follow‑up, pricing control and relationship management.
• Support pricing control for raw material and packaging, conduct quarterly price reviews and update ERP systems.
• Prepare and manage RFQs for regular and ad‑hoc purchase requirements, including commodity sourcing.
• Handle local planning for re‑labeling and packaging specifications.
• Own end‑to‑end vendor creation, including ERP registration, documentation, credit and customer forms.
• Resolve vendor payment delays, blocked invoices and invoice corrections in partnership with Finance.
• Track working‑capital metrics such as DPO and DSO and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4‑5 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, supply‑chain or vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams including planning, finance and operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP procurement modules.
• Experience conducting RFQs and managing vendor onboarding processes.
