Product Designer – UI/UX & Visual Design

About the role

We are seeking a senior Product Designer to shape the experience of enterprise solutions, websites, and digital campaigns for a technology company operating in high‑stakes environments. Reporting to the CEO and product/engineering leadership, you will own the design function from concept through delivery while ensuring intuitive, engaging experiences for government, defence, and critical‑infrastructure users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product design lifecycle: user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity interfaces, and developer‑ready specifications.
• Design polished, intuitive experiences for complex enterprise applications on web and mobile platforms.
• Create user flows, interaction models, and information architectures that simplify sophisticated functionality.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, including components, tokens, patterns, and documentation.
• Review existing user journeys, identify friction points, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and senior leadership to ensure the final product reflects the original design vision.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of product or UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to question requirements, identify gaps, and propose stronger design approaches.
• Perspective that balances user needs, business objectives, platform constraints, and visual impact.
