Job description

Key responsibilities

Design user-friendly interfaces for government websites and digital services.
Ensure compliance with WCAG Accessibility Standards.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews.
Perform A/B testing and analyze user behavior using analytics tools.
Design and maintain design systems and UI components.
Produce visual materials such as infographics, posters, banners, presentations, and awareness campaign assets.
Collaborate with business and development teams to improve digital services and support digital transformation initiatives.
