Product Development Manager – Fragrance

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a driven Product Development Manager for its Fragrance category. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Development and working closely with the Founder, you will lead the end‑to‑end development of new fragrance products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify trends and translate them into innovative fragrance concepts and product briefs.
• Evaluate scents, technologies and textures from suppliers, conduct in‑house testing and guide iterations until desired performance is achieved.
• Manage multiple new product development projects from inception to launch, coordinating cross‑functional teams including PD operations, marketing, regulatory and design.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and communicate direction changes regularly.
• Support weekly product testing meetings with the Founder and ensure lab standards are met.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in fragrance development within the beauty industry.
• Strong organizational, communication and research skills with the ability to manage fast‑moving projects.
• Passion for beauty and fragrance trends, and a keen sense of scent and texture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
