Product Development Professional – A/ME

About the role

As a Product Development Professional for the A/ME region, you will own the end‑to‑end management of product categories, ensuring the portfolio meets market needs and drives growth. You will work closely with regional sales teams, customers and internal stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies that support long‑term business goals and deliver short‑term wins.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs and regulatory changes.
• Lead regional meetings with sales and customers to align on portfolio performance and priorities.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation through launch to end‑of‑life—making data‑driven decisions on enhancements or discontinuations.
• Monitor product performance, analyse sales data and customer feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, R&D and supply chain, to ensure successful product execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category or product management, preferably in a consumer‑focused industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
