Product Director – Parcel Forwarding

About the role

The Product Director – Parcel Forwarding will lead the revitalisation of the Shop & Ship and MyUS product lines for Access USA Shipping LLC. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic vision, data‑driven decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance data to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning.
• Design and launch turnaround programmes that improve acquisition, pricing, retention and market segmentation within a 6‑9 month horizon.
• Partner with marketing leadership to transform the function into a data‑empowered organisation, fostering experimentation and multi‑channel campaign integration.
• Coach marketing teams on digital engagement and metrics‑driven campaign management.
• Map the end‑to‑end customer journey, pinpoint friction points and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to align product strategy with profit‑and‑loss objectives.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑moving logistics or e‑commerce environment.
