Product Manager – Full‑time, Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You will own the product lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivering solutions that delight customers and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize requirements through market research, customer feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing and support to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.
• Create clear product requirement documents, user stories and specifications.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
• Act as a product evangelist internally and with external stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed of market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product‑focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of successful cross‑functional project delivery.
• Technical background or experience working with software development teams is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred.
