Product Manager – Jewelry & Timepieces (UAE)

About the role

Van Cleef & Arpels, a high‑jewelry maison within the Richemont group, is seeking a Product Manager for its Jewelry & Timepieces portfolio in the UAE. You will help shape product strategy, drive business performance and support the brand’s growth in a dynamic luxury market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of product strategies to strengthen brand performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Monitor product performance, analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail, Merchandising and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Solid experience in product management or marketing within the luxury industry.
• Analytical, business‑oriented and curious, able to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong commercial mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
