Head of PR & Communication

About the role

We are seeking a senior communications leader to head PR and communication functions across the UAE operation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Brand & Corporate Communications, the role will shape both external and internal narratives, working closely with the CEO, Executive Committee and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and media relations strategies, including executive profiling, reputation management and crisis communications, to protect and enhance the organization’s public image.
• Lead corporate storytelling initiatives, internal communications, employee engagement programmes and employer branding to align staff with the company’s vision and values.
• Advise senior executives on communication matters, ensuring consistent messaging across all stakeholder groups.
• Manage a communications team, coordinating cross‑functional efforts with Marketing, Brand and Corporate Communications.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in corporate communications and public relations, preferably within banking, financial services or another regulated sector.
• Proven ability to counsel senior leadership, handle high‑visibility issues and drive both internal and external communication programmes.
