Product Manager - Journey Orchestration

About the role

The Product Manager – Journey Orchestration will lead the definition and delivery of Guest 360 capabilities, focusing on real‑time journey orchestration, data activation and omnichannel personalization for Etihad Airways.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the Guest 360 product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Design, implement and optimise journey orchestration across platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Create omnichannel customer journeys, including segmentation, triggers, decisioning and personalization.
• Translate customer data (CRM, booking, loyalty) into actionable use cases and activation plans.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, CX and marketing teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery and integration.
• Use analytics and insights to drive data‑driven decisions that improve engagement and conversion.
• Align with other Product Managers on Guest 360 and adjacent platforms.
• Identify and prioritise new use cases, capabilities and innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience on digital or data platforms.
• Strong background with journey orchestration tools and omnichannel engagement.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles, roadmaps and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in the airline or travel industry is preferred.
