Product Manager – Medical Devices (META Region)

About the role

The Product Manager will lead marketing strategy for the Acute Care & Sage portfolio across the META region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Türkiye, South Africa, etc.). Reporting as an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with sales, customer service, events, and other stakeholders to drive product growth and market success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Analyse market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform decisions.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target segments.
• Create sales tools, training programs, and communication plans in partnership with commercial teams.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives such as product launches, business cases, clinical evidence projects, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and support pricing and portfolio decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, marketing or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
