Product Manager – Mobile App

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Etihad’s mobile applications. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of customer‑facing mobile experiences and work closely with technology, UX, analytics and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Etihad’s mobile apps.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch to optimisation.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable and high‑performing mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks and release planning.
• Use customer insights, analytics, market trends and competitive benchmarking to guide product decisions.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement and feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience.
• Manage third‑party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven track record launching and growing customer‑facing iOS and Android applications.
• Experience in the airline, travel, aviation, loyalty or e‑commerce digital space is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as SAFe or Scrum.
