Product Manager – Mobile App Portfolio

About the role

The Product Manager for the Mobile App Portfolio will lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Etihad's customer‑facing mobile applications. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, you will own the full product lifecycle and work closely with technology, UX, analytics and business teams to create data‑driven experiences that boost engagement and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for Etihad's mobile apps.
• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks and release planning.
• Use customer insights, analytics, market trends and competitive benchmarking to guide decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement and feedback to continuously improve the apps.
• Manage third‑party vendors and technology partners for successful delivery and operations.
• Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven track record launching and growing customer‑facing iOS and Android applications.
• Experience in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing abilities.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments such as SAFe and Scrum.

Required skills

• Native mobile development for iOS and Android.
• Cross‑platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Mobile app analytics and experimentation frameworks.
• Understanding of mobile UX principles.
