Product Manager – RIS/B2B Digital Solutions

About the role

Roche is looking for a Product Manager to lead the RIS/B2B digital portfolio across the UAE region. You will act as the technical and operational expert for Lab Insights and Healthcare Insights, bridging global solutions with local market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle, including phase‑in/phase‑out transitions, to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
• Provide detailed technical tender support, delivering software specifications, IT architecture requirements, and data‑security documentation for complex procurement processes.
• Design and deliver advanced technical training for local sales teams, aligning with global standards.
• Coordinate marketing notifications, material introductions, and customer presentations to drive commercial success.
• Secure technical wins in competitive hospital IT and laboratory informatics tenders, protecting and growing market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing digital or software product portfolios, preferably in healthcare or laboratory informatics.
• Strong understanding of IT procurement processes and data‑security requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to train and enable sales teams and interact with customers.
