Product Manager Trading Experience

About the role

ADSS is a leading retail and institutional brokerage in Abu Dhabi undergoing a multi‑year transformation to become a data‑driven, client‑centric enterprise. As the Product Manager for Trading Experience you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of multi‑asset trading platforms across web, mobile and desktop, driving the creation of a world‑class experience that attracts, engages and retains active traders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the trading experience roadmap, aligning feature development with ADSS’s active trader strategy.
• Translate product vision into actionable initiatives covering platform usability, order execution, portfolio management, charts, alerts and analytics.
• Benchmark against global CFD and brokerage competitors to ensure best‑in‑class experience.
• Lead discovery, design and delivery of advanced charting, customizable alerts, new order types and risk‑management tools.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimise latency, execution speed and reliability; work with QA for continuous performance testing.
• Run user testing and beta programmes with power users to validate releases before full rollout.
• Partner with Trading Desk, Risk and Commercial teams to ensure platform performance meets professional trader expectations while remaining accessible to everyday clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in trading or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles across web, mobile and desktop.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and user experience.
