Product Manager - User Notification Control

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the User Notification Control platform, shaping strategy, roadmap, and continuous iteration of our company‑wide user engagement system. The role will oversee push notifications, in‑app messaging, email and SMS channels to deliver personalized, compliant communication at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the cross‑channel user engagement platform.
• Establish a centralized communication calendar and resource management mechanism to reduce overlapping outreach.
• Build user preference and consent management capabilities across regions, languages, and lifecycle stages.
• Design and continuously optimize governance mechanisms for user communication.
• Lead development of unified data dashboards, event‑triggered messaging engines, journey orchestration, and frequency control.
• Drive AI‑powered personalization, including send‑time prediction, content generation, and intelligent segmentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with platform, CRM, or user engagement products.
• Strong understanding of push notifications, email, SMS, and in‑app messaging mechanisms.
• Experience with data‑driven products, cross‑channel attribution, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Data, and Compliance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into product improvements.
