Product Owner

About the role

Emirates NBD is looking for a Product Owner to shape the vision and strategy of its digital banking products. You will drive data and analytics strategies, ensure mobile UX aligns with banking standards, and partner with development teams to deliver high‑quality increments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and data analytics roadmap.
• Prioritise features and enhancements based on user feedback, business value, regulatory constraints, performance data and market trends.
• Create, manage and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap; write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive experiences and monitor funnel performance to identify drop‑offs.
• Define, monitor and optimise KPIs such as adoption, activation, conversion, retention and revenue impact.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on performance gaps and lead corrective initiatives.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
• Use experimentation methods (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in business studies or technology.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Proven experience working in agile team settings.
• In‑depth knowledge of agile processes and principles.
