Arabic AI Search SFT Specialist (Remote, $10/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Arabic AI Search SFT Specialist to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will play a key role in reviewing and improving AI‑generated Arabic responses, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy, localization, and factual correctness.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic answers for accuracy, cultural relevance, and proper formatting.
• Evaluate search trajectories, including query quality, source selection, verification steps, and reasoning paths.
• Analyze both Arabic and English outputs for consistency, clarity, and factual integrity.
• Detect unsupported claims, weak reasoning, and localization inconsistencies.
• Edit and refine responses to enhance readability, structure, and adherence to guidelines.
• Provide structured feedback on reasoning flaws, source quality, and improvement opportunities.
• Support model improvement through annotation, multilingual evaluation, fact‑checking, and quality‑assurance workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Linguistics, Communications, Journalism, Translation, Research, Information Science, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Arabic with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong English proficiency for interpreting guidelines and writing bilingual feedback.
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, localization QA, editorial review, journalism, research, or fact‑checking.
• Understanding of search‑based reasoning, factual verification, and source credibility assessment.
