Product Owner – UX (FinTech)

About the role

The Product team at Revolut creates simple, scalable experiences for millions of customers. We are looking for a Product Owner who will own the roadmap for a UX‑focused feature, driving it from conception through launch and ongoing growth. You will work closely with design, engineering and senior leadership to turn complex financial problems into intuitive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set team goals, success metrics and a product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Drive impact using data analysis, market research and strategic insight.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch, growth and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Design and UX teams to craft seamless customer journeys.
• Liaise with Engineering to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, Strategy and other stakeholders to align product delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a high‑growth tech or banking/finance environment.
• 2+ years leading consumer‑facing mobile products.
• 1+ years managing people.
• Outstanding communication and an eye for great UX/UI.
• Strong analytical acumen with ROI‑based prioritisation.
• Proven ability to define and own a product vision and narrative.
• Experience launching products from scratch in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a never‑settle attitude.
