IT Executive – Full-time (Dubai)

About the role

Be You Clinics is seeking a skilled IT Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth technology operations across the clinic. Candidates with hands‑on IT support experience and a background in healthcare environments are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support to users across the organization.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operation.
• Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and implementation of IT best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Previous experience in an IT Support or IT Executive role; healthcare or clinic experience is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities with good communication skills.
