Product Owner – Web

About the role

We are looking for a techno‑functional Product Owner to lead KAYALI’s web platform. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of a content‑rich website, product database, search and community features, ensuring the digital experience aligns with business goals and brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, translating business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Prioritise enhancements based on business value and track product KPIs to measure success.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Manage third‑party development partners and vendors, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination and UAT.
• Oversee solution design discussions, review technical documentation and monitor project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support AWS administration and ensure continuous improvement of the website and related digital components.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar techno‑functional role in a digital environment.
• Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical delivery, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience with agile/scrum processes, sprint planning and release management.
• Familiarity with data governance, SEO and web analytics concepts.
