Product Specialist – Dubai & NE

About the role

As a Product Specialist for Aspen in Dubai & the North‑East region, you will promote Aspen’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships with physicians and pharmacists, and drive sales performance in your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily face‑to‑face calls with physicians and pharmacists to deliver key brand messages.
• Organise and execute AVAs, promotional activities, and medical educational events.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an up‑to‑date customer database.
• Submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers on time.
• Stay current with clinical data in the therapy area and discuss findings with HCPs.
• Provide accurate market feedback on competition, new product concepts, and customer needs.
• Perform ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Sc).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to build sustainable relationships with HCPs.
• Flexibility, resilience to stress, and problem‑solving capability.
