Production Manager – Events & Productions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the planning, coordination and on‑site delivery of events and productions for our clients in Dubai. The role involves managing suppliers, schedules, venue requirements and production teams to ensure seamless execution from pre‑production through to show delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, crew and production partners to meet all project requirements on time.
• Create and maintain production schedules, timelines, call sheets and Run of Show documents.
• Liaise with venues to handle paperwork, permits, access, loading/unloading and operational logistics.
• Oversee on‑site production delivery, including setup, rehearsals, show operations and breakdown.
• Manage crew movements, supplier arrivals, deliveries and on‑site logistics.
• Monitor production needs, resolve issues promptly and ensure safety and professionalism.
• Support general production administration and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event or production management.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients, suppliers, venue teams and internal departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Run of Show (ROS) preparation.
