Production Manager – Marble Division

About the role

K4 Group is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its in‑house marble division in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire stone processing workflow, from raw block slabbing to the final installation of luxury villa interiors, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily factory floor operations, including bridge cutting, 5‑axis CNC routing, waterjet cutting, profile shaping, and edge polishing.
• Supervise slab inspection, veining alignment, and dry‑lay sessions for consultant and client sign‑off.
• Convert project shop drawings into optimized cutting lists to minimize waste and meet tight delivery deadlines.
• Enforce strict quality thresholds for stone thickness, resin treatment, gloss finish, and joint alignment.
• Coordinate closely with Project Directors and on‑site installation teams to ensure seamless delivery of stone packages.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of UAE experience managing a specialized marble and natural stone processing factory.
• Engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent technical background.
• Proven track record in raw material sourcing, inventory management, and health & safety compliance.

Required skills

• Operation of advanced Italian/European machinery (5‑axis CNC, waterjet systems).
• Bridge cutting, profile shaping, and edge polishing techniques.
• Expert knowledge of rare marbles, quartzites, and onyx.
