Production Senior Associate

About the role

The Production Senior Associate will lead the sheet‑metal fabrication team in Dubai, ensuring efficient operation of CNC and welding processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee daily production activities and maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a workforce of 25‑30 operators involved in sheet‑metal fabrication.
• Plan, schedule and monitor CNC turret punching, CNC press brake, laser cutting, stamping and CNC milling operations.
• Manage spot welding and MIG welding activities to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising manufacturing or production teams, preferably in metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates.
