Production Supervisor – Emiratization Program (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Production Supervisor will support daily production activities on assigned lines in Dubai, ensuring safe, timely and compliant execution of approved production plans. This role is part of the Emiratization program and is open exclusively to UAE nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Production Lead and Production Manager in translating production priorities into work allocation, line readiness checks and manpower coordination.
• Supervise technicians, operators and shop‑floor personnel, monitoring attendance, task completion, PPE compliance and productivity.
• Verify production readiness by checking manpower availability, materials, consumables, tools, equipment, work instructions, routings and quality controls.
• Operate and follow up ERP/SAP/MES systems for order status, routing confirmation, labor booking, material consumption, WIP, rework/scrap booking and traceability.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations, technical assembly, testing or maintenance support.
• Diploma, technical certificate, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Manufacturing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, SAP and MES platforms.
