Professional Educator – Skin

About the role

The Professional Educator – Skin will deliver high‑quality education, training, and brand support to professional salons and spas across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The role aims to boost brand awareness, ensure treatment excellence, and drive product sell‑through through hands‑on technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide skincare education and technical training on skin products and treatments to salons, spas, and beauty institutes.
• Conduct in‑salon trainings, workshops, demonstrations, and brand launches.
• Support sales in new account openings, conversions, and key client activations.
• Ensure correct product usage, treatment protocols, and brand guidelines are followed.
• Build and maintain relationships with salon owners, therapists, and spa managers.
• Offer ongoing technical support, follow‑ups, and refresher trainings.
• Participate in brand events, exhibitions, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with brand and management teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a skincare educator, therapist, or trainer, preferably with professional skincare brands.
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments, skincare routines, and professional protocols (Thalgo experience is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, brand, and marketing teams.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
