About the role
Ingram Micro is seeking a Technical Presales Consultant to support the sales of cyber‑security solutions in the Gulf region. You will work closely with customers, partners and vendors to translate requirements into effective technical designs.
Key responsibilities
- Convert customer and reseller inquiries into appropriate technical solutions.
- Engage with end‑users to gather and clarify requirements.
- Generate Bills of Materials and design solution blocks in collaboration with hardware and software vendors.
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept presentations.
- Organise and conduct technical training sessions for partners and customers.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of presales experience, preferably in the Gulf market.
- Demonstrated experience with cyber‑security products and solutions.
- Results‑driven attitude with strong communication and proactive work style.
