Program Director & General Manager – Education Platform

About the role

The client is an African‑led education and consultation platform that helps individuals navigate career and business opportunities in the UAE and Gulf region. They are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands‑on Program Director / General Manager to own the overall programme, member experience and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the quality and direction of the academy and membership programmes.
• Develop, update and optimise curricula across all academies, aligning classes, workshops and mentoring sessions with member needs and market demand.
• Prepare and manage the monthly training calendar, review lesson plans and training materials.
• Recruit, interview and approve trainers and mentors; set performance standards and monitor feedback.
• Build and sustain a network of industry experts and mentors.
• Monitor member engagement, attendance and satisfaction; analyse feedback and implement improvements.
• Coordinate trainers, mentors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of all sessions.
