Program Director – Water Transmission Scheme

About the role

KBR is preparing to launch a large‑scale Water Transmission Scheme in Abu Dhabi. The Program Director will lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution of this EPC project, ensuring alignment with client expectations and KBR’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the water transmission programme, from design through construction and hand‑over.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and progress reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Coordinate multiple Supervision Consultants and EPC contractors appointed by the client.
• Manage resource allocation, risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication among engineering, procurement, construction and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably in water or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex programmes on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑moving, contract‑award environment.
