Program Manager – Digitalization Programs (Middle East)

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the delivery of digitalisation programmes across the Middle East, ensuring that multi‑country initiatives meet customer outcomes, commercial targets and strategic growth objectives. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will act as the regional focal point for governance, risk management and financial performance of digital transformation, connected operations and industrial software projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of regional digitalisation programmes, including scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Establish and maintain programme governance structures such as steering committees, executive reviews and health dashboards.
• Lead cross‑functional teams spanning project management, engineering, product, software, cybersecurity, data, cloud, services, commercial, legal and finance.
• Standardise lifecycle practices, phase‑gate processes and reporting across multiple countries and customer sites.
• Translate customer business objectives into clear digital outcomes, success metrics and value‑realisation roadmaps.
• Support revenue forecasting, billing milestones, cash collection and change‑order management.
• Identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks related to scope, technology integration, data readiness, cybersecurity, localisation and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as first‑level escalation point for strategic customers on programme delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation or industrial software programmes in a matrix environment.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with senior internal and customer stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable business value and commercial results.
• Excellent communication, risk‑management and financial oversight capabilities.
