Program Manager – Direct Current for Data Center (EMEA)

About the role

Eaton’s ES EMEA CPS division is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead the Direct Current for Data Center (DC for DC) program across EMEA. The role drives the end‑to‑end data‑center power portfolio for hyperscale and colocation customers, ensuring product development, architecture and customer engagement are aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the DC for DC program covering the full power value chain, including MVSST, 800VDC switchboards, DC remote power panels, solid‑state breakers, BESS, busway, digital power management and related software.
• Establish program governance, milestones, success criteria and escalation mechanisms across multiple Eaton divisions.
• Coordinate product roadmaps and technical assumptions with R&D, engineering and product management teams.
• Maintain structured customer engagement throughout concept validation, architecture reviews, pilot phases and launch readiness.
• Track schedule, budget, risks and dependencies, and resolve technical or organizational gaps promptly.

Required profile

• Proven senior technical program leadership experience, preferably in data‑center power solutions.
• Strong systems‑engineering credibility and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with senior customers and internal executives.
