Program Manager - Missile Systems

About the role

LevelUP HCS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and integration of advanced missile systems in Abu Dhabi. You will shape long‑term strategies, align projects with market needs, and ensure technical excellence across complex engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for missile development programs, translating high‑level goals into actionable engineering milestones.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary engineering projects, coordinating aerostructures, propulsion, guidance & navigation, electronics, control systems, and software development.
• Allocate resources, monitor budgets, and produce detailed status reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Oversee integration of missile subsystems and coordinate field/flight test campaigns.
• Mentor project managers and team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Proven track record in agile or hybrid development cycles for missile systems (air‑to‑air, surface‑to‑air, air‑to‑ground).
• Strong understanding of defense system technical aspects and performance optimization.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work onsite.
