Program Manager / PMO Lead – Remote Part‑Time (up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to hire an experienced Program Manager/PMO Lead who will help train a new language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, part‑time, and offers flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee status decks.
• Create and maintain resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking tools.
• Develop stage‑gate review packets and other core workflow documents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI outputs meet enterprise standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross‑functional implementation initiatives.
• Direct ownership of program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks under executive scrutiny.

• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck craftsmanship.
• Strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

What we offer
