About the role
As a Program Manager for Seller Incentives, you will partner with Product Managers and cross‑functional business teams to launch and operate seller promotions across the MENATR marketplaces. You will own the execution and controllership of these incentives, ensuring they drive seller growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of seller incentives and promotions across four MENATR marketplaces.
- Conduct deep‑dive data analyses to evaluate incentive performance.
- Build and maintain SQL queries and dashboards for tracking key metrics.
- Collaborate with local and worldwide stakeholders to align on program goals.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Required profile
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
