Project Associate - Development

About the role

Skyports Infrastructure is seeking a highly organized Project Associate to support vertiport development projects across the United Arab Emirates. You will join a dynamic project team, helping to coordinate, plan, and execute innovative urban air mobility infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure on‑time completion.
• Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, reports and presentations.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, document issues and support quality control.
• Prepare site visit reports and share findings with the team.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, cost estimates and data analysis.
• Support technical and financial assessments of vertiport projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners and contractors to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative communication style.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
