Project Control Manager

About the role

Duncan & Ross Consulting is looking for an experienced Project Control Manager to lead control activities on ADNOC Offshore projects. The role focuses on integrating planning, scheduling, cost control and progress monitoring for large‑scale modular EPC initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules in line with ADNOC Offshore requirements.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling with engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, commissioning and other disciplines.
• Track project progress against baseline schedules, identify delays and critical path issues.
• Manage cost control functions including budget monitoring, commitments, expenditures and forecasts.
• Prepare and deliver project control reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Analyze schedule and performance data to propose recovery and mitigation plans.
• Oversee modular fabrication, transportation and installation activities to ensure alignment with overall schedule.
• Ensure all control activities comply with approved procedures, project specifications and ADNOC standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of Oil & Gas/EPC experience with strong project controls exposure.
• Proven track record as a Project Control Manager on major offshore projects, preferably ADNOC.
• Extensive experience in modular construction and offshore execution.
