Project Coordination Engineer – UAE National

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Project Coordination Engineer who is an Emirati national to support the CS team on infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will act as a bridge between design disciplines, site teams and contractors to ensure smooth execution of road and infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination between architectural, structural and MEP teams.
• Review drawings and models to identify clashes and issues.
• Prepare and update coordination drawings, logs and reports.
• Attend coordination meetings, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
• Gather technical data and as‑built information from site teams.
• Report to the Resident Engineer and help coordinate construction of roads and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Parsons design engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain daily diaries and inspector reports.
• Work with contractor engineers on scheduling and resource allocation.
• Chair meetings with authorities, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure accuracy of project records and achievement of safety goals.
• Participate in health and safety activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduate with internship experience.
• Basic understanding of construction and engineering drawings.
• Good English communication and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work in the UAE.
