Project Coordinator Intern – Renewable Energy Advisory

About the role

UL Solutions Renewables is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support its Project Managers in Dubai. The role offers hands‑on exposure to project coordination, data management and reporting within the renewable energy sector, working in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project planning, setup in PSA and Oracle, and billing/invoicing activities.
• Collect and evaluate data from multiple sources, prepare reports and presentations, and support revenue reporting.
• Provide general project and team administration, including formatting PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and other team projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Interest in project management and the renewable energy sector.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to support project schedules and ensure data completeness.

Required skills

• Experience or exposure to ERP/business systems such as Oracle, Salesforce or PSA.
• Proficiency with PC‑based software packages, e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
