QHSE Officer – Facilities Management (Soft Services)

About the role

The QHSE Officer will develop, implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental management systems for Transguard's facilities in Dubai, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and local regulations. The role provides technical guidance, conducts inspections, and drives a strong HSE culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE management systems and policies in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections, building safety assessments and risk assessments at TG accommodations.
• Advise business units on health and safety matters and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with client HSE representatives, attend client meetings and deliver HSE awareness training.
• Prepare HSE documentation for new sites, manage internal and external audits, and maintain records on shared platforms.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in HSE or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, HSE or equivalent.
• Recognized HSE qualification such as NEBOSH, NVQ or similar.
• Lead Internal Auditor qualification for ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
• Basic First Aid and Fire Fighting training.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE legislation, OSHAD and municipal guidelines.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
