Project Coordinator

About the role

In this position you will support the Program Director and Project Managers in coordinating the delivery of enterprise software projects across the Middle East region. Working in a hybrid setting in Abu Dhabi, you will ensure alignment, visibility and smooth communication among multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Program Director and Project Managers in day‑to‑day project activities.
• Coordinate across Presales, Sales, Finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Assist in tracking project scope, schedule and budget, ensuring consistency with agreed plans.
• Monitor and consolidate project progress, including risks, issues, actions and scope changes.
• Support stakeholder communication, providing clear and timely information flow.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records in required tools and systems.
• Organise meeting preparation and coordination, including agendas, minutes and follow‑ups.
• Assist in coordinating on‑site activities with client teams and contractors when required.
• Support risk and issue management, ensuring proper tracking, escalation and follow‑up.
• Assist senior project managers on larger or more complex programs.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure high ethical standards and professionalism in all activities.

Required profile

• A degree in Engineering, Business or Information Technology.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or IPMA are desirable.

Required skills
