Project Coordinator

About the role

Mammoet is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will act as the linking pin between project managers, engineering, and operations, ensuring seamless delivery of large‑scale, complex projects while maintaining the highest safety and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations.
• Work with project, engineering and operations teams to develop creative solutions for logistical challenges.
• Support all project planning activities, including schedule tracking and documentation management (RFIs, change orders, contracts, close‑out files).
• Communicate project status, schedules, and issues to clients and third parties.
• Assist with project financials such as budget creation, cost tracking and invoicing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator on large‑scale projects.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
