Project Delivery Manager – Real Estate Development (UAE)

About the role

Join a leading master developer in the UAE to lead the delivery of large‑scale mixed‑use and master‑planned projects. You will be the primary on‑site interface, coordinating contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, phases or work packages, aligning with programme, budget, quality and technical requirements.
• Act as the day‑to‑day on‑site liaison, managing contractors, consultants, designers and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support projects from early planning and design through construction, testing, commissioning, handover and defects liability.
• Develop and manage delivery strategies, governance processes and reporting frameworks, proactively mitigating risks.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor construction progress, identify delays or technical challenges, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee quality assurance, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications and industry standards.
• Participate in value‑engineering exercises to optimise cost, schedule and constructability.
• Assist procurement activities, including tender preparation and contractor selection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record on multi‑billion mixed‑use projects in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience working with reputable contractors or developers in the region.
