Project Development Manager - Real Estate Investment

About the role

A well-established investment group is seeking a seasoned Project Development Manager to lead and execute its real estate investment and asset management strategy across the UAE. The role is highly strategic, focusing mainly on sourcing new real estate opportunities and managing a diverse property portfolio to maximise long-term value.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating new acquisition opportunities through broker networks and direct outreach
• Leading financial modelling and deal underwriting (IRR, cash-on-cash returns, sensitivity analysis)
• Overseeing strategic planning for the family's land bank across the UAE
• Conducting site visits, feasibility studies and market research
• Preparing and presenting investment memos to the Investment Committee
• Executing deals, including negotiation, due diligence and coordination with legal and financial partners
• Driving digital transformation in real estate investment operations and serving as main liaison for stakeholders
• Assessing initial property conditions and overseeing third-party property managers
• Monitoring KPIs such as occupancy, rent growth, NOI and CapEx, and implementing value-add initiatives

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions or private equity; asset management experience is a strong plus
• Proven track record in sourcing, structuring and closing real estate transactions
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred
