Leasing Agent - Abu Dhabi and Dubai

About the role

Address Point Properties, a real estate consultancy in the UAE with more than 15 years of experience, is looking for a Leasing Agent to join its rental division. The agent will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and help them find homes in Abu Dhabi's most sought-after communities, while maintaining strong landlord relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial rental properties
• Conduct property viewings and present features to prospective tenants
• Match tenant requirements with available properties in the portfolio
• Process rental applications and screen tenants
• Prepare tenancy contracts and coordinate with Tawtheeq registration
• Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
• Coordinate move-in procedures and handovers, and handle lease renewals
• Maintain regular communication with landlords about property status
• Carry out periodic property inspections and document conditions
• Update property listings across multiple platforms and meet monthly leasing targets and KPIs

Required profile

• Valid RERA license or ability to obtain one immediately
• 1-3 years of experience in property leasing or rentals in the UAE
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly advantageous, as are additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu or Tagalog
• Valid UAE driving licence and legal authorization to work in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market and communities
• Preferred: experience with Tawtheeq, ADDC/AADC processes, ejari and tenancy laws, and a property management background
