Project Director – Construction Supervision

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead construction supervision for major infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role will oversee all site activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all on‑site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and site personnel.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies using advanced project‑management methodologies.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures and implement cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, safety regulations and environmental requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality‑assurance reviews and risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders, clients and senior management through regular reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to guarantee design intent is executed on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale construction projects in the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong organizational and strategic vision with the ability to make decisive decisions.
• Excellent knowledge of local construction codes, safety and environmental regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
