Project Engineer - HVAC

About the role

The Project Engineer – HVAC will drive the growth of Johnson Controls' HVAC business in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will lead the design and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor engineering projects against QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Lead field technicians and site engineers to deliver HVAC and security system projects.
• Control project cost, schedule and scope; prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare technical submittals, drawings, method statements, quality plans and inspection & test plans.
• Manage subcontractors, certify invoices and resolve disputes while enforcing HSE guidelines.
• Initiate change processes, track milestones and develop corrective plans for delays.
• Maintain project documentation and archive data according to company guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience in HVAC system execution.
• Proven ability to interact with clients, manage budgets and lead multidisciplinary teams.
