Project Head / Transformation Director (AI, ERP, Cloud)

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to own a high‑impact portfolio that spans sovereign AI readiness, cloud & infrastructure transformation, and end‑to‑end ERP lifecycle delivery. Reporting to the executive board, you will drive multi‑geo programmes with real authority, sizeable budgets and global visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery governance across a multi‑workstream transformation portfolio (initiation, stabilisation, benefits realisation).
• Manage portfolio controls including RAID, dependency management, change control, delivery assurance and executive reporting.
• Coordinate multi‑vendor ecosystems (SIs, MSPs, partners) without direct line authority.
• Operate at CXO/SteerCo level for decision‑making, escalations and stakeholder alignment.
• Apply delivery discipline across SAFe, Agile, hybrid and waterfall environments.
• Own financial governance: budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, spend‑envelope control and audit readiness.

Required profile

• 15‑20+ years delivering complex enterprise programmes (AI, cloud, ERP, digital platforms) at scale.
• Proven track record of running large portfolios with measurable outcomes (cost, efficiency, time‑to‑value).
• Strong governance expertise – PMO frameworks, delivery command centres, portfolio cadence, executive dashboards.
• Experience working with senior government or enterprise stakeholders in high‑accountability environments.
• Confidence leading multi‑vendor delivery models and holding partners to outcomes.

Required skills

• Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Azure DevOps for delivery orchestration.
• Power BI (or equivalent reporting and control stack).
• SAFe and Agile delivery methodologies.

What we offer

• AED 75,000–90,000 per month (depending on level and scope).
• Full family benefits including schooling.
• Dubai‑based role with global programme exposure.
• Exclusive, confidential search with a global tech giant.
